Jason Tamashiro

Jason N. Tamashiro currently holds the position of General Counsel for CIRE Investment Services, Inc., operating as CIRE Equity, and its affiliated companies. As a vital member of the CIRE Executive Team, Jason assumes a leadership role overseeing legal transactions, operations, compliance, and risk management teams.

With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate law, both in private practice and as a corporate executive, Jason has been an integral part of CIRE since its inception in 2012. His influence extends to successfully closing transactions exceeding $1.5 billion, encompassing the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of diverse real estate assets, including retail centers, office buildings, multi-family units, industrial properties, and undeveloped land.

Jason’s academic background includes a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the University of California, Irvine, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School. His comprehensive legal expertise and strategic leadership have significantly contributed to CIRE’s success and its prominent standing in the commercial real estate industry.
